Delivery Information
We ship worldwide. Every parcel is carefully packed and sent with a tracked service. The table below shows what to expect, based on our own recent orders.

Import taxes and duties
For orders outside the UK, import taxes and duties may be charged by the courier on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, as couriers may only attempt delivery a limited number of times.
Good to know
- These times are typical, not guaranteed. Customs checks and busy periods can occasionally add a few days.
- “Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
