Delivery Information
Every order is carefully packed in our own heavy-duty box and sent with a tracked service. We usually dispatch on the next working day.
We deliver to the UK and the 45 countries listed below. The delivery charge is per order and is shown at checkout.

Import taxes and duties
For orders outside the UK, any import VAT, duties or customs fees are charged by the destination country and are paid by you – they are not included in our prices or delivery charges. Royal Mail parcels are handed to your local postal service, which may ask you to pay these before delivery. For the USA, UPS collects any US duties and taxes from you on delivery.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, as couriers and postal services may only attempt delivery a limited number of times.
Countries we don’t deliver to
If your country isn’t listed above, we’re unable to deliver there at the moment. You’re welcome to get in touch and we’ll let you know if that changes.
Good to know
- These times are typical, not guaranteed. Customs checks and busy periods can occasionally add a few days.
- “Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- If you need your order by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
