Laser cut, single track bridge manufactured from 2mm and 3mm MDF and HDF.

This bridge is delivered as a kit with assembly instructions and is ready for paint.
I suggest the use of PVA wood glue along with a few grains of table salt to prevent slippage.

Each arch is made up of three thicknesses of MDF & HDF ( 2mm | 3mm | 2mm ), the horizontal members are keyed into the verticals. The suspender ties are keyed and glued into the arches and deck side rails. The 3mm thick HDF deck is keyed & glued into the deck rails. The wind bracing panels are keyed & glued onto the arch sections, they are made from 3mm HDF and may be installed to provide a variety of patterns.

The total extents of the bridge are: 560mm long, 94mm wide and 112mm high (98mm vertically above the surface of the deck).
The interior of the bridge is 80mm wide. The bridge can be built to offer a vertical headroom clearance of either 75mm or 87mm by including or excluding the outermost wind-bracing panels.
