Suitable for OO Gauge Model Railway projects this Laser cut and engraved waiting shelter is cut from 2mm MDF and 2mm Perspex. 

This shelter was modelled from the Settle Carlisle documentation relating to the waiting shelters at Dent, Kirkby Stephen and Langwathby (albeit the one at Dent is only 4 metres in length) 

This model is scaled at 1:76.2 to suit OO gauge projects. The MDF ‘stone-work’ has been engraved to produce a deep and convincing mortar bed between the random width blocks so that painting will not hide the textured relief. All the windows are engraved to mimic the design detailed in the Settle-Carlisle documentation. This shelter is delivered as a kit and is ready for assembly and paint, I suggest the use of PVA or superglue. The roof panels are made from 2mm MDF and are engraved with the specified pattern but may be installed upside down if you prefer to add your own decoration to the smooth surface. The Perspex panels may be added after painting and may be glued in with PVA or superglue.

Lighting is not included, but it does look rather nice with it installed.
